Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Punta Cana. We're very excited to have you join us for our Destination Wedding!

We've chosen Majestic Elegance Punta Cana for our wedding.

To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent Jessica at Beach Dreamers Travel, to help our guests arrange accommodations. We have secured a Destination Wedding room block with the resort, please secure your room within our room block! Jessica does not charge any fees and will make sure you are booked directly in our room block. This is important to ensure we or you don't pay any additional fees to attend our wedding or wedding related functions.

Many details are below but here are several IMPORTANT things to note:

1. There is a 3 night stay minimum but you can chose to stay longer if you would like.

2. To guarantee availability within our room block secure your room by October 3, 2023! We have 20 rooms in our room block and once we exceed that, there are no guarantees.

3. We are kindly asking all of our guests to please secure their room within our Destination Wedding room block *See note below.

4. Payment Terms-

$100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. If you have added travel protection this must be paid in full with your room deposit and is non-refundable.

Final Payment Due 10/4/23 non-refundable.

5. Flights will be coming into the Punta Cana International Airport. The airport code is PUJ. Jessica can send you her recommended flight option but guests should book their own flights directly with the airline.

6. Group non-stop round-trip ground transfers are included with all room reservations.

7. Passports are required for travel. You can book your stay without a passport but you will need a valid passport for travel. If you do not have a passport or need to renew please visit-https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

8. What’s included in my stay-

11 bars in different areas of the hotel
5 additional bars for Elegance Club customers (+18)
7 restaurants, 5 of which are open for a la carte dinners only, unlimited visits allowed, booking only required for Limited Gourmand, for adults (+12 years of age) and 9 Doors (Teppanyaki tables).
Room service included (6 a.m. to 12 a.m. Family Section) (24 hours Elegance Club +18)
Total number of Pools through the resort (9). Opening hours 8am to 6pm.
One 300m/985 ft length river style swimming pool with swim up bar
2 integrated jacuzzis in the pool
1 green fee per adult per 5-night stays at Majestic Elegance. At Elegance Club +18: 2 green fees per adult per 5-night stays
Teenagers’ game area featuring pool tables, table football, table tennis and darts
4 tennis courts
Basketball court
Pickleball court, with free group lessons and private lessons ($) available
Live music in the Plaza bar every evening
Free entrance to the Sports Bar. Food and drinks included
Free entrance to Coco´s night club. Drinks included
Free entrance to the Casino. Drinks included
Free minibar: beer, soft drinks, water, snacks, re-stocked daily
A Catholic chapel celebrating mass once a week

The resort has a family section and an adults only 18+ section called the Elegance Club. The Elegance Club rooms do have more services and amenities. You can only access Elegance Club areas when staying in an Elegance Club room.

INSTRUCTIONS (Please Read)

1. Listed below are the instructions, pricing and an overview of the various room types available for reservation. Please review and then "Click Here To Book" via the provided link below.

2. Only have 1 person from your room reservation submit the reservation form. Please make sure to add each guest that will be sharing the room on the same form. Please note that the email address for the lead passenger entered is where all further correspondence will be sent.

3. The room block is reserved for January 2-9, 2024

If you would like to secure any additional dates outside of their room block dates please add a note of this to step 4 of the reservation form.

If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests please add a note of this in step 4.

4. The rates below includes all of your taxes, fees and all inclusive accommodations and roundtrip ground transfers.

If you would like to add Travel Protection which is recommended but optional details are below after all room pricing.

Please specify on the reservation form what option you would like either Group "Select" or Group "Elite".

5. If you are staying in a room alone, there are additional costs. To avoid the single occupancy premium rate we suggest you bring a guest.

6. After you have completed the reservation form I will secure your reservation within 72 business hours. If all is good, I will then send you over your reservation for your review and your payment link for your deposit. If I have any questions I will reach out to you by email.

Once I receive your payment link back I will apply your deposit within 72 business hours and send you your reservation confirmation invoice.

The Elegance Club admits Adults only (minimum age 18 years).

Child fares (2-12yrs) will be applicable when sharing a room with 2 paying adult fares. Children sharing a room with one adult (single occupancy) will be charged an adult rate.
