We're very excited to have you join us for our Destination Wedding at Sandals Montego Bay.

To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent Jessica at Beach Dreamers Travel, to help our guests arrange accommodations. We have secured a Destination Wedding Group for our guests at Sandals Montego Bay. Please contact Jessica to secure your room within our room group. This will ensure you are on our guest list for our wedding. Jessica does not charge any fees and will make sure you are booked directly in our group.

Many details are below but here are several IMPORTANT things to note:

1. There is a 3 night stay minimum but you can chose to stay longer if you would like.

2. To guarantee availability I do recommend booking ASAP.

3. Pricing comes directly from Sandals website and includes any promos offered at the time of booking.

4. If your room should decrease in price prior to final payment Sandals will allow us to secure the lower pricing.

3. Payment Terms-

Sandals has 2 deposit options for securing your room.

$98 deposit special- Sandals will then auto-charge your card $302 in 21 days.

$400 standard deposit- recommended.

Final Payments Due 45 days prior to departure.

If you do need to cancel all payments made for your room reservation are refundable up to 31 days prior to travel.

4. Travel Protection is available through Sandals. The cost is $114 per person (non-refundable) and is paid in full when added. It can be added anytime prior to final payment. If it is added after deposit is made and should you need to cancel within penalty period it will not cover any preexisting conditions. More details below.

5. Flights will be coming into the Montego Bay-Sangster International Airport . The airport code is MBJ. I will be happy to send you over my flight recommendations.

6. Ground Transfers are included with your Sandals room reservation and some rooms do have upgraded private luxury transfers included.

7. Passports are required for travel. You can book your stay without a passport but you will need a valid passport for travel. If you do not have a passport or need to renew please visit-https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

1. You have the option of booking any available room at the resort. This means that pricing and availability can change and each reservation will be quoted on an individual basis at the time of request.

2. Sandals Montego Bay does have many room options. If you would like to check out the rooms, details and photos for each you can visit the resorts website with the the link below.

Sandals has 3 different main categories- Sandals Luxury, Club Level/Club Level Elite and Butler Elite. The Club and Butler level suites do include additional services and amenities. More info is below on what is included with these categories.

Upon arrival:

Greet you with lemongrass-scented hand towels to refresh you from your flight.
Offer welcome cocktails and culinary treats.

Orchestrate any personal accommodation preferences.

During your stay:

Make all dinner reservations, tour bookings, on property activities and spa treatments for you.
Serve you your favorite drinks while you lounge on the beach or pool.
Serve you lunch on the beach or on the pool.
Liaise with housekeeping regarding the servicing of your suite.
Ensure that your suite is kept in perfect condition and arranged the way you like during your stay.
Expedite all room service orders.

Our Butler Elite guests can order from any resort restaurant menu for dining in their room or suite.

Travel Protection

For only $114 per Adult (price varies slightly according to season), you can purchase our comprehensive travel protection plan.

This highly recommended plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure.
Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure.
Trip insurance is offered by a third party.
Price will be added to the total vacation price.
The travel protection plan payment is required in full and once paid, the plan is non-refundable.
The coverage amount applies to all guests traveling.
Change For Any Reason: Cancel resort stay and use travel certificate for later travel.
Cancel For Covered Reason: 100% refund on your flights and on unused portion of your resort stay.
You Also Get Protection For: 100% refund on tours, $50,000 Emergency Evacuation, $25,000 Medical Protection, and $2,500 Baggage Protection.
